I bought this vacuum the last time they had it on Woot, and I gotta tell ya' This is BY FAR the best vacuum I've ever had in my life.

We have dog, who sheds a lot, and even when it doesn't look like there's a lot of hair or dirt in the carpet, you just pass over it once or twice, and you can't believe what comes out of your carpet.

My wife is in love with this thing!!

Seriously, if you need a vacuum, this deal cannot be beat!! I would by it all over again if I needed another vacuum.

I checked out consumer reports and I guess Dysons are okay, but Sears Kenmore (forget the model - maybe the Elite [silver]) is what we just got and it is absolutely incredible. And we got a clean floor model for more than half off. Winning!

that and the cleaning path it narrower so more passes are required for the same space but my wife loves it

I have to say again. Woot is Amazon. Used to be deals here I bought just because they were so cheap. Those days are gone and I see it is not worth hanging around to Woot-Off so it is Harley time. Besides I have a House keeper and a central vac system. Woot Woot

I do! Got it from Woot.

AMAZING - Doesn't scratch our hardwoods even with the beater going. Works just as well with it off too. Our rugs shed(a lot) so I have to empty the canister after every rug (8x10), but, totally worth it for how they look afterwards.

You can't tell we have two dogs after we vacuum. And honestly, it looks like we shoved the dogs into the canister. Totally seeks out and destroys the roving fur bunnies.

At this price, totally worth it.

I have this model. I love that its smaller and not as noisy as the larger ones. However, the reservoir is much smaller and the cord isn't as long as the larger ones. The filters are easy to clean and the suction is pretty awesome.

Be careful of the refurbs. When it arrives, check it immediately in every way. Especially if you're giving it to someone else. Mine had to go immediately back to repair and it's been two weeks plus. Hope it's a good machine. I won't know until they refurb it AGAIN!

Correction, we didn't buy the one with the ball, I didn't even bother noticing it was the ball dyson. We bought the other one, I think it's the Animal. I've heard the Animal is better, but either way, Dyson is pretty legit.

We bought this Dyson when it was on Woot a few months ago and we love it! We haven't had any problems at all. Looks and works like new. My carpets stay super clean and it works really well on hard floors if you turn off the spinning brush. All in all, it's a great little vacuum.

Bought this the other day when they offered it. Vacuum was actually smaller then I had anticapted, but to me this isnt a huge deal. You will just need to empty the canister more often then "regular-sized" vacuum. Now when I smaller, I mean the actual vacuum parts itself, not the total length. Im 6'2 and vacumm length was just fine.

However, this vacuum did a great job picking up the dirt and dog hair. I would def recommend this!
