I'll throw Ryobi into the mix as a company making a similar product. My issue with the Ryboi was that the locking mech for the larger piece seemed to jam every so often.
For folks saying the countersink bits are worth the price, you're better off with these for the price. I used these bits building a 30 foot walkway, and since they're hex, switching between them and a driving bit was a piece of cake in the impact driver.
Forget all the slotted bits as part of the equation - anything I've seen using a straight-blade screw is not anything I'd use a power driver on.
Phillips bits? They're a dime a dozen.
