yep. there are kids out there that go and just crawl around the trees and stuff looking for used balls, which they then turn in to be (honest) refurbed and sold to you, the economical golfer.

I use PROV1's, wouldnt pull the trigger on these because they are "refinished mint." I got excited when i saw the price then i realized they werent new. womp womp
