let's hope we don't get another golf balls woot appear and stall it for 45 minutes, again.
It really helps that there are very few items available of each woot. Lots of 'one items'.
Woot killer. Bring on the Bandolier of Carrots!

If you are gentle with them, they'll be out the door soon enough.
You couldn't pay me enough to buy a panasonic anything, especially camera equipment.
Ya, they're putting up small quantities for fast turnover all of a sudden... Good if you don't want it, but easy to not get it.

on the double sized auto pump air mattress I purchased earlier
Decent camera. 8x optical zoom is pretty high, and it does have oprtical stabilization. Both are rare in a sib-$100 camera. Biggest failure is in the video. 1) It uses MJPEG, which takes up 4x more space than H.264 compression. 2) It uses MOV, which is fine for Apple no not great for the Windows world. Almost no free program is truly compatible with MOV. Windows Movie Maker is onlu sem successful. 3) It's limited to 24 fps in HD mode, not 30 fps that is standard these days. Some even go up to 60fls. 4) You can't pause during recording, which is unfortunately common. Only Samsungs allowyou to pause while recording, which prevents ending up with zillions of snippets.

Thats some fast shipping, my friend.
Oh NO! If my math is correct, there could be almost 100 of these things! Then again it is 4AM and I'm not that great at math. Let's see!

well worth 5 dollars!

Panasonic cameras actually get very good reviews, especially their megazoom point-and-shoots. I personally prefer Samsungs.
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....
Me and my big mouth.
you know, ive been wooting for a few years now and didnt give the discussion section a fair shake until recently. The entertainment is invaluble to me working nights and in my line of work winter nights are typically very very slow. Thank you.

I suppose I am just spoiled by Nikon. All I know is every panasonic anything I've bought has always been a pain.
Wish I hadn't bought a Cyber Shot a few months ago
Well this thing seems to have brought the woot-off to a crawl.
Yeah but neither have commercials with Ashton Kutcher in them so they cant make that good of a camera.
My panasonic 3d tv is amazing tho...
Not me. But finally we got an item that they have more than a few in stock, so the woot-off juggernaut seems to have slowed. Time for bed.

Oh don't even get me started on those. I think that's the biggest PR suicide Nikon has ever done. Every person I know who takes photography seriously hates them for that decision.
I would think by now that anyone who has Wooted for over a month already has 10 or 12 cameras.
Your sense of causality seems a bit skewed... there's more than one good camera-maker out there, after all.
finally something here to stall the woot off long enough for me to take a shower! :D

You know what will show up while you are gone, right?
Get a book and a stiff drink people, we're gonna be here a while.
I actually just bought this exact camera off Amazon new last week (DARN IT!). I'm loving everything about it so far. Didn't buy it for the video, I have a video recorder for that. It's extremely easy to copy pictures off, the interface works very well, and pictures can be taken in succession very quickly-- none of the loading for 5 seconds crap I've always had on Kodaks and others.

Amen brother
Did you guys see that bit on 60 Minutes a few months ago about how purchasing refurbished cameras is a sign of above-average sexual virility?

Yeah, brand names are slower and faster. Dells are so much faster than HP's. Get real.
