Why would anyone get the 25 key one?

This worked wonderfully with Reason 4.0 and Fruity Loops. Pretty awesome hardware and doesn't break the bank.

If you're in electronic music and only work off of a couple of octaves, you don't need a huge space waster.

This is great for digital recording in GarageBand when you just want to knock out small parts and flourishes on the go. I'm in for one.

The teeny one usually retails for over $100 online. The bigger 45-key one is usually over $200 online.

Both are a pretty good deal.

The 25 key one is a good little midi controller. I picked one up last year and had a lot of fun with it. As a midi controller, 25 keys, plus all the other options give you a wealth of control.

That being said, the 49 key one is already gone......

Its MIDI over USB. plug it into any USB port, on any semi-modern operating system, and it'll recognize it as a MIDI controller.

everything i want to buy they sell during the middle of the night when i'm asleep. then they sell keyboards and nerf ipod holders during the day.
