A Dyson, this sucks

Well I hope all you Dyson-lovers are satisfied...

And please make sure it works really well. My wife actually asked for this one.

Dysons are awesome. I got one after a friend bought hers. She had an maroon oriental rug she got at an estate sale and after vacuuming it with the Dyson, found out it was bright red.

I haven't seen anything I actually wanted from Woot in a very long time. They keep recycling the same junk over and over again.

Looks like those of us in Nevada like to keep our floors clean!

I for one thanks you Woot!, for listening and not flooding us Dysons and Roombas this time around. A delicate balance is always nice. No complaints regarding sucking, blowing, or balls to be found here.

Is the DC33 30 times better than a DC3?

Dyson, good for cleaning but not for brewing beer.

I bought a Shark Navigator from Amazon.com for around $170 and they are built the same as the Dyson. I would rather spend less on a Shark that I can get for brand new.

I got a DC25 on Kohls website new for $300 with $90 Kohl's cash back and since I buy a majority of my clothes there, I got a new dc25 for 210 with a 5 year warranty instead of a worthless 90 day. Take note Woot! Anyhow the thing is awesome, if you're looking for a good vacuum this thing is incredibly maneuverable and powerful. BTW, I'm comparing it with a Kirby my mother had which is about as good as vacuums get.

I just sold the refurbished DC07, the predecessor to the DC33, that I bought in 2004 for $280, for $220 shipped on amazon marketplace.

These things last a long time and have awesome resale value.

I bought one last week, and a shark. havent actually used either yet, but they look great!

Best Vacuum I've ever used. Case in point, when this arrived after last it was wooted, I had just finished vacuuming, so I ran this over the carpet again and was disgusted by all the filth that our old vacuum was just leaving behind.

The Dyson's are here. NOW it feels like a woot off.

BTW - anyone know where crowsnest, tater, etc. are? I really miss that love/hate (or hate/hate) banter...

A couple of Franklins for a Dyson ain't bad. I mean, if you want a Dyson to begin with.

Consumer Reports isn't overawed by them, but Dysons are practically the Official Vacuum of the Online Siberian Husky Community.

I wooted one awhile back ... can't complain. Got a handheld Dyson too. That's a bit of another story for another time.

I bought this model years ago. I always had a feeling it was kinda cheaply made. After about 2-3 years of use (in my tiny apt) three pieces had broken off and then a tear appeared in the hose. I am by no means rough with my equipment.
I replaced it with a newer model Dyson that is holding up well. I may have just been unlucky...the dc33 has a larger canister than my current one and I preferred the telescoping Wand on that one as well. On another note, the Wand does not extend as far ad the ads show. Still, I will stick with Dyson and perhaps upgrade to the new one that has the auto height adjustment.

I just bought this on Woot about two weeks ago and I love it!! It's amazing to see how much stuff is in your carpets even though you vacuum all the time. Obviously, my other vacuums were not working as good as this one because the amount of junk I pulled up with just one use of this vacuum was amazing. It has so much power and yet is so lightweight and easy to use. My other vacuum gave me quite a workout but didn't make my carpets look brand new again like the Dyson does. Don't hesitate to buy this, mine came out of the box looking brand new. Love, love, love it!!

So wait - Dysons discolor the dyes in oriental rugs? Why does everybody love them so much, then?
