all "video capable iPods" would include iPod Nanos right?

edit: I see that there is a nano in the video review. Excellent as that is what I own. Now to scrounge up $200.

How come every night at midnight I get excited by anything posted that is hockey-puck shaped, only to realize that it's NOT a Roomba!?

How long must I wait, Woot Gods!?!?

According to the description, it does have HDMI and VGA in, so there's probably some way to connect it to a Windows box. The top of it may just be flat enough to balance your Dell Tower on top for that "dock" effect ;)

Cnet gives a good review and has it priced at $100 more:

The good: The Optoma Neo-i is a DLP projector that includes an integrated iPod/iPhone dock for playing videos straight from your iOS handheld. It delivers a brighter image than what most pico projectors offer, and the speakers play reasonably loud. The Neo-i also offers HDMI and standard video inputs for connecting other video components.

The bad: The picture's somewhat soft, especially at larger sizes. Not all iPhone and iPod Touch apps (such as Netflix) offer video output on the projector. The Neo-i is fairly pricey. It's compact but not superportable, and the remote doesn't work as well as it should.

This actually looks like it works well. Just not sure if I'd really use it that much. Hmmm....

At least it won't do the "circle dance" on you like some of the Roombas do.

There is a VGA IN port on the back so you would need a
Apple Mini DisplayPort to VGA Adapter MB572Z/A and a VGA cable...

Or even better, get VGA cable with Audio and 3.5mm to RCA adapter instead of normal VGA cable

Here's a pretty good review of the neo-i: Although when it was written, Optoma had an MSRP of $499! I guess it's got to be a lot better projector system for $199, than around $500

I suppose it was inevitable, but personally I was rather sorry that Lumen felt emotionally driven to end her relationship with Dexter.

Oh, wait, different Lumen.

Nevermind.

Maybe this is off topic, but the woot site is completely jumbled up looking on my Android browser. I use this browser to check the site every night.

Checked another Android, still jumbled up. I'm not crazy, I swear!

When I saw the picture I was bummed I came to woot 2 hours late.. then I check the comments.

I can't believe nobody has commented on how amazing adventure time is! When I saw 34 post I was worried I was going to be the 35th person to talk about how great that show is!

I'm disappointed in every one of you. Goodnight woot. Hopefully all the adventure time fans are sleeping and more will spring up in the morning.

+1 internets to you for bringing Dexter into this discussion!

Perhaps in the next two seasons we'll see her again. I sure hope so!

I just got this during the woot off Couple weeks ago. works great. all my episodes of "the office" look great. Seems bright enough to me too. Video iPod and phone work no problem. But, careful not to drop the remote in the popcorn!
