Yeah...I got that it was a hub, dear.

My confusion was that the picture wasn't showing it being used as a hub. It was showing it as a standalone with thumb drives in it.

Once someone creatively suggested that there was an invisible computer connected to the thing, the idea of it's usefulness as a hub and speaker AT THE SAME TIME made much more sense.

Or, at least, would make sense if I didn't already have a usb squid and really good speakers on my laptop.

In other words, this thing is of no use to me.

I thought this was USB speakers. It's not. you have to use the jack to use them with your computer. misleading. i'm disappointed.
