Ours came without a code on the back to register it to use the software. I was informed by uniden that if anything were to go wrong with the unit. They will not honor the 90 day warranty on these, because they did not directly sell any of these units to woot. I was told if there is a warranty issue in the next 90 days that I would have to take it up with woot directly. That 90 day warranty that woot says does not exist with uniden.
