Mine Came today!!! I had been pricing vacuums for a week so when it was on sale at Woot I KNEW it was time and this was the one I wanted. Anyway, I had read reviews from people and was truely confused, especially after just using mine.
I wanted the Dyson for the canister and the fact that I am tired of picking pet hair off my clothes. It works great on my area rugs, the hardwood floors and the vinyl in my kitchen and bathroom. This was super easy to assemble and use. I even accidentally sucked up a pet's toy and had to take apart the roller piece to get it out, it was easy. I don't really understand everyone's frustration with this appliance. I read about how it takes a while to adjust to the ball technology, I didn't have any trouble and I am usually the one who has issues with hand eye coordination. It works amazing, the only problem I had is that it sucks so hard my small hallway runner kept getting sucked up, I had to weigh it down to vacuum. I can't wait to finish the house.
