I follow. The stuff I ordered has not shipped yet, but it was from home.woot and I'm not sure if they are all processed in the same way or not.

My prediction is that at midnight Woot time, the Barrel of Cropsola will show up on all the woot sites at the same time and we will all be hustling to all of them to get them. On shirt Woot, they will have a shirt with a picture of the baggie on it

Indeed, but my net expenditure is actually much less. I have sold several of the items, such as the guitar setup seen in this post, which I sold for $75, some phones I got, and some other items that I donated to charity. In the long run, my total outlay for Bags of Crap is close to zero, and the fun of the chase and the revealing has been great.

So I've been wooting for over 4 years and I have finally snagged my first bag ever. I just needed to get it out there that the anticipation is absolutely killing me. And I don't even care how craptastic it may be.

I agree with you there, this is probably the funnest $8 I've ever spent online... compared to putting that much on a penny auction site and not get anything but frustration and nightmares, I'd rather put it on Woot instead. :D

Going though this thread I have learned TPW has passed on the duties to another... It was certainly fun and I Hope all is well. I am sure the replacement is more then up to this task, who wouldn't be!

I was once surprised with a letter (not to be mistaken for The Letter) from TPW. It was the best bit of randomness that I have ever received from woot.

It just occurred to me...

Nearly 4 years ago I was introduced to Woot! by my brother, saying they had good deals and even this nifty bag of defecate that comes every once in awhile. The first time I got said Bag there was this post-it with seemingly random numbers and letters (if memory serves). At the time I didn't know so much of the trickery Woot! likes to play, so I naively threw it away.

Thinkin' back on that I have to wonder if that lil post-it had any significance.

I just did a little math on my Woot accounts. I have spent well over $1,000 on Woot over the years. Some of the items I don't even remember buying.
