There are tons of people going after these. Things are going to slow to a crawl and error out regardless. Even the HP Touchpad sale on eBay (through HP's eBay store) slowed eBay to a crawl and took over an hour to purchase.

Actually, the server auto throttles. If you read some of the error codes that come up, it says it was throttled.
