Bought 3 of these from Woot before.

They're not real high quality, but they seem a notch above usual Walmart level cheapo Chinese junk. The blade is rather small for the size of the handle, so I don't recommend them for use as a pocket knife. They do make good utility type knives though- I keep them in a few places in the house just for the odd cutting task. For that, they're just great.

If you're thinking they're as good as a Kershaw or SOG, well, keep on looking. If you want a cheap but decent folding knife for a desk drawer or glovebox, this will do just fine.
