Morning all. Went with granddaughter #1 and her SO to look at a house down the street from us. I don't think they'll put a bid on it. Then took them out for breakfast. SO took our truck to son's so they could pick up the keg. There's also a margarita machine. Personally, think it's going to be really difficult to keep the high school contingent from drinking while the college group can. But what do I know?

Well, another day has passed and I didn't use algebra once.

Your house?

I should know, but I don't.

I went to whitewater the other day (water park) and I thought that you didn't wear underwear under your bathing suit, but luckily some kinds in front of me waiting in line for a slide did. If they didn't I would have seen far more hairy ass then I could ever scrub off my eyes.

Underwear under a bathing suit???

That is weird.

Maybe you should have suggested getting their butt waxed.

Fen: Hi, I notice I can see butt hair on your ass. Did you ever consider waxing?

No, definitely not at my house. And, remember, son married an older woman with kids, which is why I have a grandkid graduating from college and looking at houses.

Things are too expensive here. Never heard of a kid right out of college buying a house.

Well, by sister in law did it, but her husband didn't go to college. He was a FDNY and they bought a totally wrecked house. They lived in it as they repaired it. Then flipped it.
That was in the 70's.

Most, if not all, of the money would be SO's. She would be contributing to payments and bills. She's got a pile of student loans to pay off. And they're definitely looking for a foreclosed fixer-upper.

Hi. Nails done, Target for a few things, home for lunch. Going to a musical at the theater tonight, so will probably catch a bite later. Back this evening to hear the joyous day everybody else had! My girlfriend wants to see this production, I don't, but she has many times I think gone to things with me that she did not particularly care for. Peace on out.

Hi everybody.
Klozit, glad you liked the show. Anything we've heard of?

The graduation party was/is a success. We left because we were the only ones of our generation still there. Had a birthday party to go to, but decided against it.

My f-i-l didn't get a lens, due to complications with the initial surgery he wasn't a candidate for the traditional implant. The alternative lens option meant an increased probability for complication later down the road so he chose to get glasses instead. The lenses are a bit thick and heavy but seem to be working fine for him. He is pleased with the results.

The potato salad was almost gone when we left. Going to another party at 10:30 just didn't sound like a good time. Must be getting old. And to be honest, not sure it was still going on.

I guess since son came in to tell me how my generation screwed up the world for his generation.

Good morning everybody!

We listed my Mom's house for sale yesterday. It is time, if we can find a buyer. Rentals and upkeep are too hard.

The weather is wonderful. The humidity is gone. We had the windows open in the bedroom last night. I got so cold I cut on the electric blanket!
