Good morning everybody! We finished our jog/walk. We are going to an estate sale then lunch. A local spot has a flounder special on Fridays. It is wonderful.

Just heard on the radio that the West Hills dog park on Long Island is charging $13 to take your dog in. That's outrageous.

The deal is they built a small and big dog park in different area's of the park.

The small dog park is isolated and there is a free lot.

The big dog park is near the pool and playgrounds and sports fields. They charge to get into the park there.
So it ended up the dogs have to pay to use the parking lot.

I'm not sure where it is. Most town parks charge to park in the summer.

I wonder if you can buy a pass?
There was a park that was an old estate. They allow dogs. They use to charge $5 a car. Free on Wed.
Then all of a sudden, they charged $10. No free day.

You can buy a year pass for $100, which is fine if you live close.
They charge year round.

When they upped the price, they also started enforcing the leash law. There is a beach and the dogs would go in the water. Rusty hates water.

I wonder if the new dog park in the county park will charge to park when they open?
