Gee, the reviews I read said it wasn't up to Pixar's usual standards. Of course, didn't say it was bad.

The characters and story were good. The witch sequence could have used a bit of refinement in the writing. Pixar standards are very very high. I don't think it was their worst movie, but I also enjoyed Up, even if the first 15 mins are tear inducing. I could see two maybe three pacing issues. Much better than most movies. Although, the male characters could have been written a bit better, they come off as Mortimers, I think part of that was intentional though. Still it would have been nice to see the King stand on his own feet a little more.

Went to this young, arrogant Harvard grad retina guy.
He never said the vision wouldn't come back, he was that sure of himself.

Had all sorts of eye drops for a year or so. The drops made the cataract the eye already had grow huge.
None of them were suppose to be taken more than a few weeks. Not months on end.

Got the vision back, but the cataract made it only peripheral.

Got the cataract taken out and it had stuck to the back of the eye, so I couldn't see much better.

6 months later the remains were lazered out and that caused the black oil like thing. That blocked bit of vision was way more annoying than being blind in the eye!

It faded over the years. Shows up as a shadow every once in awhile.

You knew this, it wasn't that long before I started on woot. We talked about it before when TT had some eye thing.

I'm afraid I didn't know any of that stuf. My secret's out- I don't really pay much attention!

Pictures were great!

It was good, but hot. The vacation aspects were really fun. Letting the cousins play together was awesome. Driving all that way and back wore me out. I felt rushed at all the parks/museums, but they were sorta something we were doing to break up the driving and not the days objective. Making a list of things to do another time.
