Good morning. Went out to breakfast, which was FUBAR. Took a long time before our coffee order was taken and even longer before we got it. Then we finally had to ask another waitress to bring the cream. I was brought french fries instead of home fries. An order of toast was added onto the order that we didn't ask for or get. And they had so much trouble ringing up the coupon, she finally said forget the whole thing and our breakfast was free.

With that much screw up, I hope for your sake the server was brand new, and thus gets a lot more training.

Now we need to find a good overnight place to park the geekmobile (yes that's my van). We were thinking either near the convention center or halfway between the Pikes Market and the Convention Center, but are pretty open. Suggestions???

Same here. Power off for just a few seconds and I'm praying it stays on. We're in the middle of one heck of a storm. No trees down that I can see from here, but I've heard there's a lot down elsewhere.

Poor 26 year old; might have to fend for himself!!!

Wind gusts are down to 30-40 from 60-70. Husband's trapped in the clubhouse. His golf league was this afternoon. He said they got soaked before they made it in.
