What?! That's what I paid NEW from wal-mart. I fully recommend this headset, but why full price for a refurb?
I got these headphones from Woot the last time I saw them here, and yes, they do come with the Turtle Beach DSS Processor as well. I'm tempted to buy it again just for the DSS processor, it's one of the best portable audio-goodness-thingys I've used in a while.

Are you sure? Google shopping says the next cheapest is used on ebay at $86.99
I see different results: Google Shopping EDIT: Wrong Model. This is a good deal after all!
Why does one need a gaming headset? How many games require you talk to them? Does Siri play chess with you now?
TT: The Richard Simmons episode was one of the funniest, that's hard to beat Have you seen the new show? (It's cancelled already unfortunately) ^^ Next video to help you stay awake!

What you're seeing are the results for just the headphone. The woot listing is a bundle of the headphones and DSS Processor (which used to run for $60 or so before it got discontinued for the new model), and the bundle usually runs about $80-100 depending on where you look.
X11 vs DX11 I think.
If im correct, your search was for a pair of X11. Woot has DX11 which is still the X11 but with Dolby digital sound. Enjoy an amazing Xbox gaming experience with the Turtle Beach Ear Force DX11 Headphones! This packages combines the Ear Force X11 headset with the Ear Force DSS digital audio processor which uses Dolby Headphone technology to create 7.1-channels of surround sound in the X11 headphones! You’ll be able to react faster and take them out before they take you out. Get the perfect headset for Xbox gamers! Order this Turtle Beach Ear Force DX11 7.1 Surround Sound Stereo Headphones today! No coffee yet so I may be wrong.

I stand corrected! 6:20am here, no sleep, so I'm a little off!
That's the X11. It doesn't have the DSS box that simulates surround sound.
Well, I think we got that settled.

Haha. Yeah.

Yep, I already edited my initial post to reflect that. This does indeed have the DSS box, which makes it a good deal

520am here. Damn dog was barking at some critter outside. Racoon, or possum who knows. Had to bring her in before the neighbors use the 8inch Chinese knife off woot yesterday to silence her. Now I cant fall back asleep. If there wasnt a woot off I'd probably be laying in bed waiting for my alarm but atleast I have something to do instead of looking at the ceiling. The least the dog could have done was get me before the Bundles of Clones and not one item after. Like I said...damn dog.
So my buddy is trying to get this set up on a PC, he had to get the USB Audio Advantage Micro 2 from Turtle Beach, but has them both hooked up seemingly properly. The sound system in Windows says that it's outputting sound to both "Digital Sound" and "SPDIF" but he hears nothing on the headset. Anyone have any experience setting these bad boys up to a PC? Just using the X11 headset that it comes with (the DX11 is a bundle, X11 headset + a DSS surround sound thingy) produces no sound, either.
