Having recently returned to Woot after being pretty much completely sans-Woot for the last of 4 years (college... all disposable income went elsewhere), this is my first serious Woot-Off in a long time. Eight woots later, it's the monkey, which is a new thing to me. Bought one for the heck of it (then realized I probably should've ordered 3 since it was only an extra 4 bucks...). Didn't know it signified the end of the Woot-Off. Missed the Bundles of Clones (which I remember from way back when)... but there's always next time.

I was hoping for the keychain monkeys...... they're a big hit at work, or maybe my co-workers think i'm very weird!

I know, is this a harbringer of dark times ahead? I ordered some, and based on the poll on the facebook page it looks like the next one will be these as well. I might have to make this the last batch that I get. I so prefer the capped ones. They have pizzaz, happy faces, and vibrant colored capes.

These have cheap look images on a dull greyish-black cape.

What's the deal guys? Between this and the shirt change I'm getting sadder for my old friend woot by the minute.

Will the better monkeys return? Can you answer that one please?
