Another visit from a Comcast tech, and the CableCARD still won't activate.

Worked with SiliconDust tech support. They accessed the Prime remotely to check the logs, and found that it has a hardware issue. I was issued a RMA with a UPS shipping label. Meaning, they're footing the bill for shipping both ways. Nice!

I'm pretty impressed. Hopefully the new one will work and all will be smooth sailing. =D

Works very nicely. I have a HD TiVo for my main TV. The setup was painless via Verizon Fios and activating the M-card on Verizon's web site. The picture quality is far better than using my Sling Box. Very impressive actually. Works near perfectly via a wired connection. Wireless had too much drop-out on one computer, but on a net book worked very well wireless. I'll build a small media center pc in the coming months so I can use this tuner on a bedroom TV.

This thread is ancient and dusty, but I just wanted to come back and say that I finally got my box to work. It took 3 tech visits, 5 M-Card CableCARDs, and quite possibly 2 dozen phone calls to finally getting it to work.

And it works well. Very happy with it.
