Only problem with these is they crack the curved lens of the actual camera due to water pressure stress. Read the complaints on their forum...lol.

It looks like the same case to me. The photo on Amazon shows the camera outside the waterproof case, the photo on Woot shows it in the waterproof case. I have sent an Email to Woot asked if there is any reason I shouldn't cancel this order and buy it from Amazon using my Prime account. Cheaper that way and I would receive it a lot faster.

I got my second one and this one has purple vignetting only on the right side when using 720/60fps at 170 degrees. The buttons on the lcd doesn't work properly too. Its pretty bad.

Also if you look at the picture that woot have, the one i received has the same water proof as amazon has and the box is grey instead of blue. So there seems to be 2 versions of this product and i wonder which waterproof housing is better.

Anyways, this second one is going back to woot.

I ordered one of these from amazon the same day this was sold last. I also bought one from Woot that day but I will be sending it back, and so will you. Apparently these things add a squeaking noise to the video that drowns out all other audio. Also the edges of the 720p 60fps video are distorted really bad. It's almost like a fisheye lens effect. Sorry WOOT, but you can send a return label now.

actually, i ordered one the first time it was up, and the case and accessories look exactly like the one on Amazon. the picture woot used is incorrect - at least for what i received. in seeing a couple youtube reviews, it looks like some people got what was pictured here, and others (including me) got what was pictured on amazon.

My case does not have the screws in front, so does not match the Woot photo.

I'm curious, does anyone know what the clip receiver on the back of the clear case is supposed to fit? (the 2 l-shaped pieces).
Also, note the two 1/2" o-rings with adhesive backing in the Woot photo. They're not listed on the Swann website. What are they for??

Mine is the one with the screws on the clear case and so far it works great! Mine does not have the high pitch sound you mention and the fish eye look is really cool! I am using a class 4 SanDisk card and I dont see the rolling effect some have reported. I am really happy with mine and will be in the market for a second unit next time around!

I'm curious about the clip on the back of the waterproof case too. For what it's worth the one I got from WOOT looks exactly like the one in the picture (with the screws.) It also has a rubber plug covering the lcd plug and room for the plug in the waterproof case. It must be an updated version but the rest of the accessories are the same.

Called customer support and the girl could not tell me what the 4 threads are for on the back of the waterproof case. She did email me a list of available accessories. They can only be purchased by phone when calling customer service. They will be added to the website at some point.

the cam had a projector clicking noise. well I think this one may not be the n=best est in the world But hey I got my problem resolved. Remember gang. Ebay pay now, Pay Later, Amazon well you just pay, and get higher class help , Lol.

I ordered mine on the 25th and have yet to receive it, very disappointed!! They used fedex (first mistake) then they give it to the local post office (second mistake) so maybe I might have it tomorrow. I would have paid more for shipping to get it here sooner. They had no problem taking my money right away. No more woot for me. I just hope its not all smashed up when I get it. Pure bs that its almost two weeks! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I just got mine Today actually. Haven't field tested it but so far everything seems to do what it says it does. And YES, IT IS EITHER 730 at 30fps OOORRRR 60, you can choose.
