I think we've got a shirt for anyone concerned about those prepositions.

Sad to say I miss the old woot. I agree One deal a day is what I got into. Change may be inevitable, but that does not make it good.

This smells like just another way to view Amazon. There's an old profound cliche'... if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Goodbye Woot, its been fun. Somebody get creative and set up a new Woot like this used to be. Maybe even a new eBay, like the original. All ebayers will follow.

Vizio 32” 720p LCD HDTV (2 of them), Seagate 750GB SATA/300 7200RPM Hard Drive, SiliconDust HDHomeRun Dual Digital HDTV Tuner, Kodak Theater HD Player, Acer Aspire One 10.1” Netbook, Philips Prestigo 8-Device Universal Remote, Asus Eee PC 900 Netbook with 1.6GHz Atom Processor, Philips Upconverting DVD Player with DivX and HDMI, Ashley Rock Axe Full Size Rockband and Guitar Hero Controller for PS2 and PS3, Philips Icon 5 Device Universal Remote, and a bunch of other carp.

It's ironic that after years of people complaining about the item selection of the "one deal" the top complaint about the new site design seems to be "too many items, go back to just one."

I love this! Woot, as long as you don't get rid of Monte and Mortimer in your daily digests, I'm fine with whatever changes you want to make.

But I have to ask, why do sites like yours disable the full-screen buttons when they embed Youtube videos? I can't watch those videos when they're so tiny, but that full screen button just sits there mocking me. It's pretty easy to just open it in Youtube, but I like to complain about this like people complain about change!

My apologies if that's something Youtube does...

I thought your last redesign was disastrous. This one's worse. I think I've bought 2 things since your initial redesign, the glory days of woot are definitely over for this guy.

I really needed this video. I still may not appreciate all the changes made to Woot!, but I can certainly appreciate this highly entertaining, well-produced musical. I see Broadway in Mortimer's future.

8 deals + 4 ads + 5 things pretending to be a woot deal + 2 extra spaces for more ads + busy icons and images * 1 day = Way too damn much in my face.

Remember when woot was just woot, you know before Amazon and 3am Bouts of Consternation?

Call me a purest, but I want just one woot at a time. If I want to track all the woot pages I'll go support my favorite tracker and give them another donation.

I enjoy upgrades, and am sure it'll grow on us.

Looks good on the desktop, not so much on my a500 tab, video hangs on the upper left corner, covers the navigation, and pages are loading laggy and slow. The deceptive (page filling) ads kind of suck, but whatever it takes to get me my woot nuggets!

Ending a sentence with a preposition isn't usually a bad thing, and in this case it's perfectly fine. Most of the time it's more awkward to reword a sentence to avoid it. The main thing to avoid is adding an unnecessary preposition to the end of the sentence, like in "Where are you at?"

Having said that, I do have a grammar police quota to keep. The idiom is "used to", not "use to".

If I'm interpreting the wootcast video correctly, it seems that woot's position is that us customers who have been coughing up the money, for admittedly good deals, are simply unable to "appreciate" the "upgrades" to the site and the homepage, comparing the changes to the supplying of water when there was none before. It still doesn't register, apparently, that the new design has real problems, and that it may have been a poor move, and some money may have been wasted. Some ideas - tabs for example - perhaps should be kept from the myriad of changes, but among those of us who spend so much time cruising the internet and opening our wallets to sites we enjoy, there seems to be a general consensus that the homepage is way too busy. Of course, your business, your call.... the only power we have as customers is to "vote" with our wallets.

Mortimer was right. I used to go to Woot every day just to read the write-ups even if it wasn't something i liked or a good enough deal. I guess i could figure out how to get to the great writing but it's now WORK and people pay me to WORK. i can get new-egg to send me a lot of deals on a daily basis if thats all Woot is. Too Biz E is right!

I effing hate the new woot. Like, I don't wait up for it anymore. And I kinda sigh when I get the email, because it too, is busy. I liked the simplicity of the site before. No crazy extra advertising, a million clicks weren't needed, funny descriptions right in your face. I too, am moving to a different site. No Bueno for me.

This video made it clear to me what Woot thinks of customer's opinions.
Now I agree that change can be good.
I already changed from shitwoot to ript. Now I will find something else to replace woot.
