Answered this a while ago but I lost my connection:

3 hours on the pathetic 48wH battery. For DVDs and HD content you should probably expect closer to 2 hours. You'll make it coast to coast in Panama or Trinidad, but not in the US unless your seat back has an AC power port.

Honestly, not a fan of the latest redisgn We fear change. It just seems so cluttered and the write up seems unnecessarily obfuscated. BTW: Beta? really? How many 'Alpha's were there then? ;)

Granted, I do like the shipping deal and hope it lasts through the next woot-off.

Now I'm off to retweak the API scraper that I just finally started working on again....

I'm getting server errors (500) and it's just not loading the CSS. Not a good sign.

MSRP is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price. It'll almost always be quite a bit higher than prices that are actually available. That said, it is indeed a bit deceptive, since a lot of people will take it as a comparison to the best available price, making Woot's price look better than it probably is.

I'm ok with it not loading the new CSS, it's surprisingly more functional when all you have to do is scroll down and read plain text.
