so I was on the new woot site for a few hours. I was here for a bit then stepped away from the computer.
When I came back, I had to log in again (weird) and was told that woot had sent out my request for a new password. What's the Features?? I was able to log in, but no, I hadn't requested a new password and nothing was e-mailed to me. Though that's not new for woot.
maybe it will come, after service@woot replied within 24 hours that expired days ago, and after I get the auto reply from my follow-up to service@woot and the eventual actual person. so in like, two-six months?
anyone else having this problem?
hint to woot: instead of forcing this travesty of a site on us, you could have make sure that your e-mail auto-reply worked, and get back to people in 24 hours, or 48 hours---or sometime this century. I know it wasn't in your poll the other day but that's what you could really do to improve the woot site.
