Bacon usually, unless I'm having pancakes or french toast, because syrup on sausage is the bomb.

Premium bacon please!!!! Get some thick cut bacon, with some sliced tomatoes, and salt and pepper on a biscuit- and you've made my day.
BLT season is upon us here in the south and I went to my local grocer two weeks ago and got 12 lbs of bacon. (it was a BIG sale!!!)

I'll take scrapple once in a while, but only when accompained by a few slices of well buttered toast.
It's like most non-bacon breakfast meats - nicely spiced, perfect when a little brown and crisp around the edges, kinda greasey but tastey...and don't analyze it, just enjoy it or you won't.
If you're ever headed out to the Pumpkin Chunkin' Tournament in Bridgeville DE, be sure to swing past the RAPA scrapple factory by the train tracks on the outskirts of the town main drag, just down from the firehouse.
And when you're at the Chunkin' don't miss Jimmy's Grill for one hell of a meal, either. Start with dessert.
