Track by reference on fedex, using your order number as a reference number. Worked for me. It looks like they're shipping from New Jersey.

I was in a similar situation and was counting on them being delivered. Thanks a ton, they are being delivered today.

I put my 8 digit order number and my zip in the reference field and it says "No information for the following shipments has been received by our system yet."

I hope I'm using the right page on the fedex website. Does anyone post a link?

By the way, why do we have to go through all this? Why cant woot just update our tracking information normally?

On the FedEx page, there's a tab up in the top titled "Track." click on that and a drop down menu will show more options. Look under "Freight Shipments" and click on "Track by Reference," It should be self-explanatory from there.

And Woot is probably busy shipping Monday's orders, and Tuesday's orders, and so on. Plus, if they update it today and you see that the order is arriving today, it doesn't seem like it took so long!

Yeah, I was getting worried that I havent received a tracking number and just as I was about to complain, they came in the mail. I love the headphones, have absolutely no complaints!

Mine came in today...left earpiece has no sound, tried both cables and multiple audio sources. Very disappointed

Eight days since purchase, and I still have no update beyond "Status: Awaiting Shipping".

I hope there wasn't a problem because I used a PO box. If these are going out via FedEx, as the others are saying, then I have a feeling when this finally gets shipped it won't make it to me anyway (since FedEx doesn't like PO boxes).

Can anyone from Woot clarify if / when my order has shipped, and if PO boxes are acceptable?

I can only hear the music; but the vocal is very low & distant. What's wrong with my headphones??? I've never purchased a defective item from WOOT!

edit: Just got them, and SUPER comfy, great sound, and the inside of the case is so soft!

If the sound is not coming out well you might need to jam in the cable into the phones more. I had the same problem until i found out i wasnt pushing the jack in all the way.

Ouch, looks like a common problem as my unit has a similar defect. Sound is very low and static cracks in the left ear with one of the cords.

yeah.. TRY to find some 3.5mm male to male cables in 6ft or longer in colors with small tips that fit this headphone. JUST TRY.

Yeah, i've got some weird static and the left ear fizzles out a lot.

I like Bose - they are fantastic at cutting ambient noise and enhancing headphone sound. When I first got them and went on a plan I couldn't believe the difference it made!

I love these, but cannot find a compatible (longer) replacement cable. I tried just getting a cheap 10 foot cable but had both sound channels come out only the right. Then I realized when looking at the L-shaped end of the cables that came with them that there is a 3rd stripe that must be used in some sort of OEM way of splitting to stereo. If anyone knows where I can find a similar cable please let me know.
