Hey guys, I saw the deal for the headphones earlier today and was interested enough to make an account to make the purchase!

I clicked buy, make an account, then got to the order page. From there I realized I had the wrong address so I hit, "edit address" and it took forever to load resulting in an error page from woot. After this, I tried to log out and log back in. I pressed the buy button again and now it just freezes there loading for a minute and gives me a page error. Same happens when I tried to press the "Your Account" button on the top right?

I tried on 3 separate browsers, (Chrome, Safari, FireFox) as well as a different computer. I then proceeded to ask my girlfriend to make an account as well on the same computer/same browser, and hers works flawlessly. I ended up having to buy the item thru hers.

I'm thinking something might have glitched in my account when I first set it up, not sure, but its still unable to do anything without errors and freezing.

Any ideas how to remedy this or contact Woot?

I have one other question. When my girlfriend made her account, We linked my paypal account to it so I could make the purchase. Is there any way to unlink my paypal account now?

EDIT: Let me also add that I made this account at 1:30am in the morning, now its 11:50am (10 hours later) and the problem hasn't fixed itself.

Try sending email to service@woot.com, and remember that it's Sunday. There's a skeleton staff on Sunday, and no one on the other end of email until Monday, but they're pretty decent folks, and will be able to help you. Monday's not even that far away.

I'd include everything you said in that email, and perhaps point out that you'd made this post on the Forums, too.

It takes months to find a customer, but only seconds to lose one.
The good news is that we should run out of them in no time.

We received your email. Unfortunately, it looks like it's definitely an issue on our end. I've submitted it to our IT people to look into, and we'll keep your email on hold until we hear back from them. Since it's Sunday, it may take a couple of days for them to look into it and get back to us, so FYI.

In regards to the PayPal account, if you just have your girlfriend send us an email from the email address associated with her account, we can get that processed and cleared from her account.

Thanks so much for the quick responses!

Would it be possible to simply just delete my account so i may recreate it using the same e-mail address? I think that might fix the issue.
