How long is the cord from the hub that we use to plug into the computer?

seems like a good buy. But I had 4 hubs stolen off my cheby...

i have the EXACT same ones.. they BROKE down/ stop working after 7months.. before that.. it actually work fine.

I need one of these. And not just to run the 2 webcams I got from Woot! a few weeks ago.

USB 2.0 hubs usually cost this much for just one of them. Not a bad woot. I can never seem to have enough USB ports... I've got all four on the back of my USB 2.0 PCI card full, plus four out of the five on the back of my USB 2.0 HUB...

I guess if you were really feeling funky, you could link the two together in a little circle... or buy six of them, plug one in - and make a gigantic USB ring to have a dork seance in...

The possibilities are truly endless...

The AC adapter is not for your hub. The hub can only take so much energy through the computer, so you have an OPTION of connecting your USB item to not only the hub, but also connecting it directly to AC.

AKA- it doesn't promise being able to power high-energy items, but it gives you a back-up plan.

I found this same thing cheapest on costcentral.com for $25.54... and that's only for one. Yes. I checked...and it was placed in a cart and they only have 2 left in stock.

Amazing. Four ports for under $20. Whats the froogle on these things? I guess its always nice to have more hubs than less.

There's a good chance that using all four of the ports + all of your other ports will make your computer lag or some of the ports just won't work.

Too bad I don't need 8 ports.

man a year ago when i bought my 7 port usb 2.0 hub for like 30 i woulda bought this, but now that all my external devices are set up and i still have a spare 4 port usb2.0 hub... kinda don t need it, nice price, great if you are looking for usb hubs and such... too bad i have no need.

This comes about 2 weeks too late for me... but seems to be a pretty good deal. Newegg's price is $25 +5 shipping for one.
