I ordered the Dual Manta Ray Squirter Set. FedEx says it was delivered to the local post office, but it was never physically scanned and the post office can't locate the package. I sent an email to Woot, but thought it might be quicker to post something here. I've never had an issue before, so I'm not sure which approach is the better one. Thanks!

It looks like we got your email and someone followed up yesterday afternoon. However, it looks like there was a tracking update as of this morning, so it looks like the problem may have been corrected.

Try to give it a few more days to be processed and to get delivered. If you still don't have it by Monday, send us a message to service@woot.com, and we'll see what options we have available.
