And with as terrible as Archos is, it wouldn't surprise me if they don't have multiple usernames with 0 or 1 woot set up in advance to shill, in addition to the 'company man' identifying himself.
These guys are slimy when it comes to service - and they may in fact be "working on improving", but IMHO an improvement from where they are a few weeks ago would take years to even reach 'acceptable'.

Savvy tech buyers won't touch an Archos product with their worst enemies ten foot pole, let alone their own.

EDIT: And that's a great thing, TT, but woot! has always been flooded with negative responses on the forum from we members that have experienced the &^%$# that is Archos Customer (Dis)Service. It leaves me to wonder why, with such a horrid customer service track record, that woot! continues to offer Archos products. They belong on Fingerhut, not woot!, IMHO.
