Hey there. We use a variety of shipping methods depending on the product and your location. Some products will ship faster than others. If the product was shipped via SmartPost, it will travel a bit slower as FedEx hands it off to your Post Office for final delivery.
However, you did exactly the right thing by writing in to service@woot.com. They'll get back to you with the more information.
Just be sure to check your email spam/junk folders periodically if you don't hear something in a reasonable amount of time.
