I got the same email. But it doesn't say how long it will take. I don't mind waiting a little but I don't want to wait forever especially when they are closing the cancellation window.

Oops, they replied to my reply to say that it will ship later this week or early next week. So that is good enough for me. I expect there are sometimes shipping issues and whatnot. Not that I care much about the shipping refund but it is a nice gesture along with the friendly notice. They could have done it a little sooner and said right in the email when they expect to be able to make the shipments, but other than that I'm pretty good. I'm still thinking this was a killer deal.

Yup - got mine yesterday (June 26th). Filled it up this morning to check for leaks - as I have company coming tomorrow and really needed this bed. No leaks that I can tell - but it is a twin, even though box and invoice say queen. It wasn't 'fashionably late' so much as 'fashionably wrong.'

Last time I ordered a bed they sent me a tent. This time they send me the wrong size. My faith in Woot is slipping!

Any suggestions for what to do about this? Does Woot correct this or does Aerobed correct this?

Wow, between the completely wrong size in the box(Aerobed's fault) and major shipping delay (who know's whose fault) this has been an epic fail. I NEEDED the bed to be here by this Friday and now I'm going to have to cancel as much as I REALLY wanted this exact model!

Does anyone know if Woot packages reguire signatures?

I'm going out of town on Tuesday and I'm worried my package will sit on the door step until I get back.

I would rather it go back to the UPS hub so I can pick it up there.

Same here I got a Twin how am I going to get freaky on a twin bed... unless the chick is 5'4 90 lbs...

We ordered this from Woot 11 days ago and it is STILL "awaiting shipment". Really?! I Wooted the next day and got that item 2 days later! Still can't even get a tracking # because my bed hasn't shipped! HELP!

Usually no sig req'd. UPS and FedEx have both told me which digit in your tracking # to look at which indicates requirement of sig or not, but I don't remember what it is. You could call and ask, though.

While you've got them on the phone, also simply ask for a specific delivery date or for them to hold it for you for pickup. When you click on your tracking number and get to that page, you can often make that same request online, too.

I just sent off an email to service@woot.com explaining this mix-up in shipping (I also included the order date and order #). Immediately got back an auto-response w/ a case # assigned, and I hope to hear back from their service team Monday/Tuesday. (fingers crossed for a painless resolution)

Just wanted to say that I finally received mine and am for the most part pleased.

It IS a queen size which is what I ordered, however it wasn't in a box.

What I mean to say is, inside the shipping box the mattress was just in the carrying bag. Everything seems to work correctly and no leaks, except the auto inflate feature. It is supposed to turn the motor off when it is fully inflated but it doesn't. Instead, it overheats and shuts down which doesn't close the valve off so then the mattress slowly lets all the air back out.

To correct this I just don't use the auto inflate feature. I stop it when it is full enough for me and doing that, I have NO problems with this unit.

WELL WORTH THE MONEY in my honest opinion! Thanks Woot!

I ordered the twin and it's for my son who goes off to camp for a week on Monday... and mine still shows awaiting shipping status!!! GRR... seems my twin has been shipped to someone who ordered the queen!

ordered mine at 07:45 AM on 06/18. Got my e-mail notification about bed being shipped on 07/01. It arrived today on 07/03. Was home from work so I did not have much time to open it up all the way, but judging by the weight, it is a Queen..Wheew! Did not want to go through the hassle of returning it.

I received my replacement today but it is still a twin size. Woot - please note before you send out any more replacements that the label on the outside of the box incorrectly states that the box contains a Queen Size mattress. That may be the source of the confusion.

Woot! Mine arrived this afternoon. I wasn't sure if it was a queen-size until someone spotted the sticker on the side of the box. Inflated right on the spot and, as I write this, I'm laying on a very firm bed. So satisfied now. Whew! Good job!
