Tempted until I read the review on Amazon "I bought one of these 3 mos. ago from an Amazon affiliate, and it was shipped with many broken parts, and is still not working. I have had a service rep. out to my house twice, and they warned me about buying any of this company's products online. Apparently, the online vendors get the units that fell off the back of the truck.

They have shipped out a replacement part twice, but it's always the wrong thing. In addition to shipping broken units, Proform (Icon) customer service does not have a clue, and I have lost hope of ever getting this thing working. "

ProForm sent the wrong owner's manual & assembly instructions in the box. It took me two weeks to get the correct assembly manual. At first the customer service denied including the wrong assembly instructions, but after an argument they relented and sent the correct assembly instructions.
