The same is happening to me too. Not very happy.

I got two camera cases as well. I've never had a problem with woot and now I fear I'm done with them for good. It really sucks because now I have to go back to all those people I recommended woot to and let them know it may not be the reputable company I thought it was. Bummer.

Not happy at all. Just got my case but no camera. Sent a email waiting until tomorrow to see what they say. Hope I get my camera.

Two camera cases............sounds more like a Basket of Crawfish. A $140 Basket of Crawfish.

My order shows the camera was shipped out in two shipments (presumably the case and the camera). Got the case quickly, looked up the shipping numbers and got the second package on Saturday... only instead of the expected camera it was a second camera case and the order is showing as shipped complete. I hate snafus and dealing with trying to get the mess straightened out. The camera cases were shipped from two different locations in two different style boxes by two different methods.

Same thing happened here. I posted before scrolling back and seeing others had the same issue. *sigh*

I am also on my second camera case, I emailed, got a reply that the camera would be shipped and I would receive a tracking number when available.

I too received another camera bag. It must be nice to some wooters if their shipping errors means other wooters received two cameras leaving the rest of us, "holding the bag." I do wonder what is going on with Woot, have written Woot waiting for more than the automated reply, very disappointed.

Just popping back in to say that I received a 2nd camera bag yesterday (Monday). I received the 1st bag on Tuesday of last week & received the actual camera on Thursday. Maybe Woot will send me another camera (or a PONY!!!) before it's all over.

It sure seems to be more than a few isolated cases. I hope they realize that it is unnerving to pay $144 for two camera cases.

At 12:13 PM today I got an e-mail response from Woot service with an apology and informing me that my camera would be shipped out today.

I TOO HAVE RECIEVED TODAY MY SECOND CAMERA CASE FOR THE PURCHASE AND NOW WAITING ON A REPLY FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I A LITTLE BITE UPSET THAT SINCE THIS IS NOT A ISOLATED INCIDENT THEN WHY DID WOOT NOT CONTACT EVERYONE THAT BOUGHT A CAMERA AND NOTIFY OF THE PROBLEM. NEED SOME RESOLVE TO THIS PROBLEM. Add another to the list of two bags, no camera. There is a family of deer frolicking 50 yards away me in a rather mocking manner.

Will got me second camera bag but no Camera. If this was a local store. I would think you would be able to get money off or something. Wait maybe that is why I got the second Bag. not Really worth it. First time ordering from woot might be the last time.

But at least the new memory card will be here when the camera finally arrives. Assuming Woot! has any cameras left and deigns to send me one.

I hope I get mine soon. It was a present for my wife. Her and myself are not very happy with woot.

Finally got the camera yesterday. I haven't had a chance to play with it yet, but it's definitely purple.
Of course, to be fair, since Woot! sent me *2* cases, I really need *2* cameras to fill them both. Maybe it will show up later this week? I'd even be willing to take that Z990 currently showing on Tech Woot!

I bought this and love it, but now my zoom wont broke. How can I get it fixed?

I got a box with an empty camera case today. I only find one tracking number listed in my order. I emailed service earlier but I am concerned, makes no sense to send empty case stuffed with air pillow packing. Should I assume one tracking number = one package? Anyone else with this problem regarding this September camera woot? Will my email to service fix this?

Thanks for the quick response - I feel better - just waiting for my camera now.....
