Since the aquisition by Amazon WOOT has become so much of a same ole, same ole. No longer a daily destination for me or my friends. Sometime change is not always good. There is a reason you got big enough for Amazon to want to buy you. That reason sadly has fallen prey to cooporate ideas and not customer desire.

I feel it too man, i do like there are more deals but the old school plain jane 2008 woot was the good days of uncertainty and u had no clue what would pop up on wootoff. Im one of the few that has successfully and honorfully got a bag of crabs and got crabs but i still felt like i won the lottery. And ive tried many times since so maybe it will be a once in my life time bag of crabs? But it was awesome.

I'm not sure why, but I have fallen off the Woot wagon too. For some reason the website just doesn't compel me to visit anymore. It feels like a mini overstock.com (are they still around?) more than Woot.

Count me in on this.. There was a different thread that many wooters ganged up and attacked woot for the drastic change. Now, it says Woot "beta"! we are winning! Keep fighting! The squeeky wheel gets the grease!
