Happy Birthday Woot!

I joined October 16, 2007.
First purchase was unfortunately a white 30GB Zune, and immediately afterward was a pair of the secret-sale Jabra noise-cancelling headphones. I've since sold the Zune, but the Jabra headphones are still going strong. Love them.

On a similar note, my first Shirt purchase was Pascal's Shirt back on December 2, 2007, and I really wish Woot would do a re-print because I love the shirt to death, but it's since been stained so I can't wear it in public.

Joined Jan 5, 2007 after watching for a couple months. I joined to finally buy a Woot! monkey. It was one of the black pleather capes and still sits in my office. Happy Birthday Woot!

I'm extremely devastated right now... My faithful woot! off lights have just died... after countless woot! offs, they're... they're... they're dead...

What will I do without my woot! off lights? I haven't seen any go up for sale in like, over a year man...

I think I need to go cry in a corner.

I'd been following the site for a while but didn't join until the glorious offering on May 8, 2008. I'm not at skadaddy's level but I've lost 60 pounds since then.

Now, favorite Woot purchase would be tough. I still use this almost every day, but that's kind of like when couples who have been married for a long time give each other furnace filters and hammers. Can we just go with "anything I use in the kitchen," from the amazing Shun chopping and steak knives to the Breville Ikon blender and panini press? All of those get constant use too. And actually, I missed out on that Breville citrus juicer from around that time, but if it popped up again? Oh how I would grab one.

I think my video has been repeating rather than continuing, mine is playing the medieval times travels with woot video right now and it was also doing that when I went to sleep

Does anyone else miss Wootwoman? That was what hooked me on Woot. It was fun to see how they would put her in all the Woot-Off pictures.

I joined on December 7th, 2006. My first purchase was a Roomba, of course. :-)

Now I've racked up 199 woots, 14 BohhCs, and spent $10,742.52 on this crazy site.

my join date was June 28, 2007. My first purchase was a Saitek A100 MySpkr Personal Stereo Speaker - one of the BEST things I ever bought off a sketchy website. It still sounds great to this day and I wish I had gone in for 3.

My first woot purchase was Xact X-Linx M4X FRS Radio – 2 Pack on 4/11/2006 although I was watching it faithfully for some unremembered time before that.

I love that cast iron woot pan!!!! If its ever up again I am buying one.

That was the beginning of a long and sustained addiction to irresponsible purchasing decisions in the wee hours of the morning. Thank you woot for enabling one of my most prized character flaws.

I joined January 30, 2007 and got my first woot on November 22, 2009, with a Use Proper Grammar T. Now, 193 woots later, here we are.

Noooooo! The stream lost connection right at the end of the dream story. When I got it restarted, it was a million dollar idea bit. Now I'll never know the thrilling conclusion to the dream.

Edit: Did he make it to the dance? Was he crowned queen of the ball? Did they mind the mud?

Happy Birthday, Woot! You're still as immature as when you started up, though you seem to have a parent who watches over you now...

I missed it too when it was up. Fortunately, I got my mom hooked on Woot and she knows the great love I have for the site....and she bought me one while it was up, just in case.

It's hard to imagine how much you've grown Woot!, some for the better and some for worse. You've gone from a simple woot! selling one item a day, to adding the wine!, shirt!, sellout! woots to what we see on the screen today. It'll be interesting to see where you are 8 years from now.

Can't believe it's already been 8 years! I've been with you for almost 7 of those years and happy with 99.99% of my 200 woots (wish a higher percentage were B0Cs but oh well maybe in the next 8 years!)

First purchase is still one of my favorites, June 1, 2007 the Screaming Monkey Tee. My favorite tee from Woot and unfortunately it got bleach on it and was ruined. Brutherford said he would look for another for me, but I'm guessing he didn't find one.
