Yep, it all goes to my sister in Illinois, and when I'm done she lets me know how many boxes it is and what I owe her. Mostly everything gets sent priority flat rate boxes, but when I went nuts and bought 9 sets of Lock 'n' Locks on 3 different accounts, it took a HUGE box that came slow boat :0)

I was just going to mention her! ROFL I bought one, with the intent of sending her to my brother for Christmas a few years ago. However, by the time she got to me and I realized just how big she and her 'stage' were, I figured she'd go better on my rafter. Was quite a conversation piece for a long, long time! LOL Finally gave her to a friend's husband, who has lovingly cared for her ever since :0)

There used to be all kinds of neat gadgets like that; USB disco balls (still have 1), Woot lights (have BUNCHES of them still! LOL), basketball hoops, etc., not to mention Leak Frogs! I miss them (sigh)

Taking a break from woot for a bit. By far the worst woot-off I can remember. I don't like where this is headed.

I think it is obvious that until Woot can offer Bringers of Change during Woot-Offs without crashing the servers for an extended period of time, there will be none during Woot-Offs.

In the last event, they put one up in the first hours and the servers were down for longer than usual, and when they tried again, it was another catastrophic failure.

During the Birthday, they were handed out in various ways on social media, which kind of stinks for those us of not glued to tweets, facebook and other social sites while we work. (Just keeping up with Woot-Offs at work is impossible but much easier than following 8 different social media sites that would get a lot of us fired if all we did was monitor them for bags.

I hope this is not an end, but I fear the worst as this "Beta" woot can't handle some of the normal items (Rechargeable Batteries anyone?)

Still, Woot is one of my favorite sites and I have dropped quite a bit of cash into the Woot Coffers. No bags suck, but it wont stop me from buying from Woot.

If it is the end, I am sure there will be different variations come up on other sites such as the mystery boxes and backpacks of the unknown.

My best to Woot coders who I am sure are working hard to make customers happy.
