According to the FedEx tracking #, my 2 inflatable kayaks were delivered somewhere in California yesterday. However, I live in Utah.

I contacted FedEx and they said that they had no packages that were scheduled to deliver to my address.

I emailed woot yesterday around this time, but still no response. I paid with paypal, ordered on 7/16, and received the email on 7/20 that they had been shipped.

Did you email service@woot.com and did you get an automated response with a ticket number? Double check your spam filter, it may have gotten filtered out. If you got it, be patient, CS is probably dealing with an influx in emails because of the woot-off. They usually get back to you in 24-48 hours. If there was no automated response, send your email again or try the form on this page. And make sure to include your order number and the tracking number you were given for speedier service.

yes. i actually got 2 automated responses, each with different case numbers - though I only sent one email. no other emails in my spam filter though.
