Happy belated BD Kid, and a good day to all. Actually good evening. I was cooking some fettucini and I heard a loud noise - sounded like a lightning strike. Everything seems to be working ok - wonder what blew out. Undoubtedly I will find it is something totally necessary to life as I know it.

Yup - everyone does. Our utilities are all underground - when a transformer blew in CT, it made a huge noise also. Come to think of it, it sounded like that.

Good morning everybody! It was raining so we got out the Total Gym. Aughhhh!!! My arm muscles are trembling. I can hardly type. I tried to do a situp with my head lower than my feet. Made me want to throw up. Just like motion sickness. It kind of reminds me of the time I wanted to experience riding out a stall in a Cessna 150. The guy who was flying decided to do a barrel roll as we climbed out. I never did ride out a stall!
