Hello. Did some running around this morning. Called to see if a couple grandkids were free to go play miniature golf, but they're not, so guess I'll do some cleaning. I'd rather play golf.

Good morning Gman and all you later risers

good morning everybody! going to the beach as soon as the sun comes up. it rained yesterday so we used the total gym. I would much rather jog-walk. I read that you can ramp up your workout by carrying weights. hubby had rwo pound weights in the car. so I carried them on friday. they got heavy afterabout a mile and a half!

the beach was wonderful. tide was out, temps were down, humidity was a lot lower. i think the real feel was 77 when we started. some days it has been 95. love the cooler weather!

edit: real feel is 81 now.

Good evening everyone. Sad day - my son in law lost his battle with cancer this morning. What a joy and privilege it was to have him, even if for such a short time. 32 years old. A real angel got his wings today.
