Yes, I sure do. Use two pillowa to keep your head elevated if you are not doing so.

My comment last night about bedtime - never that early usually, but I ate something that actually gave me a headache. And, yes, no1 got middle of the night correctly, although there do seem to be extraordinarily early risers in this part of the world.

Trying to figure out if I have a bad cold or seasonal allergies. How do you tell?

Took a nap today with a four-cat blanket and still woke up a trifle chilly. It has been in the 40s all day and supposedly heading into the 20s tonight, so I broke down and ignited the annual autumn burn off.
