Hey guys,

I'm new to woot. I ordered two items from woot last Saturday. It was all looked good after I paid with my credit card.

However, I found that I couldn't login to my account the next day. I believe I typed my password corecct but it was just not working.

Then I tried to get your p/w back by using the "forgot your p/w?" function, but I never received an email from woot. After that, I tried more times, no emails at all.

I've already wrote 3 emails to (service@woot.com), got no reponse at all except the automated reply.

Then I've to create a new account in order to post here. At the meantime, I tried the "forgot your p/w" function, and it works for my new account. I received the "reset p/w"email almost immediately.

So, I wonder is my old account suspended?

I'm a Canadian lives in Vancouver, BC. I paid by my credit card with my Canadian billing address, and filled out US shipping Address (in Point Roberts, WA). The US shipping address is provided by a parcel receiving company which offers package receiving and shipping services. Once they received my package, they will email me and I go pick up my package by crossing the border. I've used this company for years without any problems.

Now, my credit card has been charged, but I can't login to my account, can't order new items, and can't even check the shipping status... By the way, I haven't received the shipping confirmation email yet.

Can anybody tell me what can I do? I'm really disappointed of woot's customer service...

When you go to sign in, there should be some grey circles off to the side with letters in them, with a heading offering "...or sign in using another account". The 'a' with a smiley face is for Amazon, 'g' is for Google mail, 'f' for Facebook, etc.. For me, if I am already signed into my gmail on my computer, I just push the 'g' circle and woot signs me in automatically, seeing as I've already entered in my login info with gmail. If your original "fishingworod" account used the same email address as one of the accounts offered (say, your Facebook or yahoo! account), then I would think this route should work.

I am by no means an expert, just a random soul who happens to like woot! shirts, but I hope that this helps!

Woot is usually pretty good about replying back, so if you wrote to customer care then someone who knows what's going on should be able to help you, but just wanted to suggest this in case it would help.

I tried what you suggested, but didn't work for my case... although I did left my yahoo email when I registered that account.

As you suggested, after I login to my yahoo account, the website will give me two options: Do I have one woot account: yes or no;
if I choose yes, it will redirect me to the login page (password issue again);
if I choose no, it just ask me to sign up for a new account.

Do you know if the staff guys check this forum frequently? Or anyone I could contact? Thanks!

It looks like you registered this account with a hotmail email address.

Did you happen to check there?

Hi, please note that I was talking about this account "fishingworod".

I got the email reply from cus-service this morning, and my account been reactivated. However, I've been told that one of my order has been cancelled since no international billing address accepted except for shirts...

Now I have to drive 100 miles just for 2 T-shirts... Well, I guess this is my first & the last order from woot.
