I'm new to woot. I ordered two items from woot last Saturday. It was all looked good after I paid with my credit card.
However, I found that I couldn't login to my account the next day. I believe I typed my password corecct but it was just not working.
Then I tried to get your p/w back by using the "forgot your p/w?" function, but I never received an email from woot. After that, I tried more times, no emails at all.
I've already wrote 3 emails to (email@example.com), got no reponse at all except the automated reply.
Then I've to create a new account in order to post here. At the meantime, I tried the "forgot your p/w" function, and it works for my new account. I received the "reset p/w"email almost immediately.
So, I wonder is my old account suspended?
I'm a Canadian lives in Vancouver, BC. I paid by my credit card with my Canadian billing address, and filled out US shipping Address (in Point Roberts, WA). The US shipping address is provided by a parcel receiving company which offers package receiving and shipping services. Once they received my package, they will email me and I go pick up my package by crossing the border. I've used this company for years without any problems.
Now, my credit card has been charged, but I can't login to my account, can't order new items, and can't even check the shipping status... By the way, I haven't received the shipping confirmation email yet.
Can anybody tell me what can I do? I'm really disappointed of woot's customer service...
