I recently had a shirt in my shopping cart, but somehow it ordered the watch from sport.woot.com instead. There was definitely some kind of glitch with the website, because I clearly had a shirt in my shopping cart. I tried cancelling the order very quickly after I ordered it, but somehow it already got processed. I got an email from customer service saying they were unable to cancel my order and that I can always refuse the shipment. How do I ship the item back and get a refund in this situation? This is not my fault at all.

Hi there. We don't actually have a cart in our purchase process. When you click the Buy Now button, you are taken to the page where you can review your order details. The order is not complete until you press the big gold Place Your Order button.

If you navigate to another web page (including another page on any woot site), the sale is incomplete and lost. The item is not held in reserve. You must complete the purchase at the time of the order.

My best guess is that you clicked Buy Now on the shirt but didn't complete the purchase. You then later clicked Buy Now on the watch but changed your mind. When you clicked Place Your Order thinking the shirt was still there ready to purchase, you got the watch instead.

Did that make sense?
