I recently had a shirt in my shopping cart, but somehow it ordered the watch from sport.woot.com instead. There was definitely some kind of glitch with the website, because I clearly had a shirt in my shopping cart. I tried cancelling the order very quickly after I ordered it, but somehow it already got processed. I got an email from customer service saying they were unable to cancel my order and that I can always refuse the shipment. How do I ship the item back and get a refund in this situation? This is not my fault at all.
