The fact that they do not have a customer service phone number is completely rediculous.
You should probably email email@example.com for any updates on this issue. Did the return label include tracking? Have you looked it up? Also, if you paid via paypal funded from a credit card, your funds may be in paypal (and they like to hold for a few days). Either way, firstname.lastname@example.org is your best bet.
