So I returned a razer naga epic that was having severe issues over a week and a half ago, and have not yet received my money nor a confirmation that woot even received my mouse back.

The fact that they do not have a customer service phone number is completely rediculous.

You should probably email service@woot.com for any updates on this issue. Did the return label include tracking? Have you looked it up? Also, if you paid via paypal funded from a credit card, your funds may be in paypal (and they like to hold for a few days). Either way, service@woot.com is your best bet.

It looks like the return is still in transit.

Your returned item will typically take 7-10 business days to process from receipt. However it can vary during busier times such as holidays.

I returned a 40" TV and it was received on August 14 by Woot from Fedex as the FEDEX ticket states when I looked at there site. I have sent three emails to Woot over the last few days asking what's up with my refund and have not received a reply. I do not know what to do now without a customer service phone number. I saw something else I wanted on Woot yesterday but didn't dare buy it until this issue is resolved.

Yikes! Sorry for the delay. The last email showing in our system was back on 08/06. I'm guessing your recent emails were caught up in our spam or something.

It does look like it was returned, but our vendor didn't give us a heads up. We went ahead and refunded your order in full. Give the refund a few days to post to your account.
