My order #40744261 says it was shipped on 8/5 from Arizona, which is like 5 hours from me. The USPS tracking site has no updated information. I tried emailing service@woot.com. No response. Should I just consider it lost? In that case, can I have my money back?

Did it ship directly from USPS, or was it sent via fedex? Check your account under stuff you bought, and see if there is a tracking number there. Try and use that tracking number on Fedex site. Sometimes it comes from Fedex Smartpost, then to USPS. Also, if it has been over 24 hours, I'd try to write service@woot.com again. Sometimes their mail system is glitchy.

That's woots great shipping service. My order was over $700 and I'm still waiting. It's been 17 days. My first and last order. Mortimer is a bad monkey.

It's been 18 days since shipping - it can't possibly still be on its way from Arizona to California, right? Still no response from Woot. Any Woot staffers out there that can help a girl out?
