I ordered the 72 battery deal over a week ago, aug 20 and it has been 'awaiting' shipping for just as long. I've emailed the support email over 3 times gotten 3 case numbers and only one reply over 3 days ago saying they would prepare it for shipping with no change in my order. What is going on here! This is getting very annoying

I don't know what's going on I keep getting told my order is being overnighted but it's going on a month now. This is just getting silly.
