I love my Gunnars. They help relieve "screen glow" which can cause headaches and eye fatigue.

These are awesome. They let you see the world around you in high-def and at the same time protect your eyes from 3-D objects in video games.

Remember, SAFETY FIRST!!!!

And don't play games with 3-D effects without your safety glasses on.

Maybe it's because I'm not a gamer, but I don't get it. What are these supposed to do other than look unfashionable?

EDIT: That being said, you should buy three.

The yellow tint helps reduce eye strain from staring at bright screens for a long time.

I can hear my wife now, "You need glasses to play games? You're such a nerd."

As a non-gamer, I have no idea what "gaming glasses" are. I wear prescription glasses, but that's just so I can see. Any elightenment here?

These will look great with your new Mad Catz Gears of War 3 7.1 Headset.

Hmm, eyestrain relief. From the mfr "how it works" :

Obviously, they are Wooting their least popular style...

Don't listen to her. She'll be complaining about medical bills when you're suffering from an eye injury caused by a 3-D special effect.

If I saw someone wearing these, I would never interact with that person again.

I have a pair of Gunnar computer safety glasses and absolutely love them. You can probably thank me for this item moving along since I bought three pairs. I have a different model, but I am a woman so I think I can pull off this frame color. I work in compliance and spend a lot of time in front of the computer screen. The anti-glare coating and the yellow color really help with eye fatigue. The glasses are also very lightweight because they aren't prescription or ANSI requirements...I can't recommend gunnar products enough. And why did I buy three? Because I'm going to give two pairs away! :-)

You're welcome.

Again, as I stated above, there is a difference. Just like when you use orange or yellow glasses for shooting or driving in low-light conditions. As a chemist in my former life, I have had to wear a lot of safety glasses. There is a coating on these that has a rainbow sheen...kind of like when you have a bin full of bubble solution...there is a difference. Shame on that employee.
