I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 on Sept 18th. I was notified that it had shipped on Sept 20th and given a USPS tracking number. After a week and no delivery, I checked the USPS website and it said no information was available. So I visited the local post office and they checked the number. There was no record of the item in their system. Now what should I be doing to find my delivery?

I think your first step would be to contact service@woot.com and make sure the number is correct! We hope you find your item!
