Greetings! Not too often do I jump up and down for joy because of woot, but during the last woot off I was quite happy to snag up one of these!

I've been obsessively checking the shipping information waiting on my package to arrive when, today, I received a text from the girlfriend saying a box had arrived! A day earlier than expected, huzzah! I rush home, waiting to partake in the clickiness of my new mx-blue switches, and upon arriving tear open the box to find....!

What do I do! I would have never purchased a Lycosa, as I much prefer the feel of my older Saitek Eclipse II than that of the Lycosa keyboard. Help me, woot!

I had exactly the same thing happen. I contacted them, but haven't heard anything back yet.

I got a response saying they had no black widows available for replacement and I could either keep the lycosa or return it for a refund I'm not really happy about it and trying to figure out how to respond without sounding snarky...

Man, that blows. This thing isn't worth what we paid in the woot-off. The Black Widow is light years beyond this mushy thing.

I'm going to end up opting for the refund, I believe. I was hoping for another option but I can't entirely make them conjure a black widow out of nothing. What a bummer!
