I prefer to not eat raw fish if I don't see it killed or kill it myself.
With the way sushi is often not labeled, I have to stay away from most of it due to a shellfish allergy. I will occasionally eat it though if I know it is shellfish free or if it is a veggie version.

Yes but do you prefer sushi?
sushi is fine, sashimi is icky.
I prefer someone else is buying, I'm cheap.
Sushi or Sashimi, I'm game!

This was the option I was hoping for!
Don't like bitter seaweed.
Don't like sugary rice.
Raw fish is great with the right sauce.
I prefer maki.
An occasional piece of sushi is ok, but the rolls are tastier.
I don't eat bait!

Me too! I had some for my dinner last night. It's time for us guys to go out again for a Sushi Boat.
Why did you not offer a choice of "Only if it is fried well-done"?
I crave sushi more than any other kind of food. Why couldn't I crave something cheaper & healthier like apples?
thumbs up to fish in any fashion except pickled!

Funny story there. The origin of sushi was to preserve fish by packing it in the fermenting rice to pickle it.
The real question shouldn't be... Sushi?... it should be how much wasabi can you stand!!!
But...but I love pickled herring!
Tried it once and that was more then enough.
I find it hilarious that I said "Yes, Please!" in my head before reading the poll options.
